Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil litigation and family law, along with significant trial and mediation experience. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in legal research, client advocacy, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients effectively in mediation processes and courtroom trials, ensuring successful outcomes.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to address complex legal issues.

• Draft high-quality memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.

• Market the firm’s services to prospective clients, contributing to business growth.

• Manage discovery processes, including electronically stored data and physical documents, in preparation for litigation.

• Perform detailed due diligence to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all legal matters.

• Schedule consultations and manage client engagements to meet production and collection objectives.

• Approve invoices promptly to support the firm’s financial health and operational efficiency.

• Oversee and optimize the productivity of support staff, ensuring effective utilization of resources.

• Engage in branding activities, including blog writing, social media participation, and community involvement, to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation and family law.

• Proven success in mediation and trial advocacy.

• Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.

• Strong written communication abilities for drafting various legal documents.

• Demonstrated ability to market legal services and build client relationships.

• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and conducting due diligence.

• Effective time management skills to handle consultations and meet objectives.

• Commitment to fostering positive client experiences and obtaining favorable reviews.
