We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist. This role single-handedly audits the ASM team members who support the various stages of order processing for a client that supports federal government order requests. The role performs multiple audits per team member per month, providing a monthly one-on-one review and coaching session based on the results.
This role performs related follow-up activities including gathering of data, auditing, creating monthly summary reports, and the reporting of audit findings. In addition, this individual actively reviews and brainstorms ideas for improving the overall quality assurance processes.
+ Schedules and conducts internal audits against the appropriate standards.
+ Reviews metrics to ensure quality standards are being met with respect to timeliness and resolution, as applicable.
+ Compiles and reports audit findings to leadership.
+ Ensures confidentiality in all aspects of the auditing process.
+ Works with teams to identify and implement process improvements related to the quality assessments, as applicable.
+ Partners with the Training Development and Quality Assurance Manager to share overarching issues beyond more than one or two team members to help determine whether additional training is needed.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study or equivalent relevant experience.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
+ Solid decision making and time management skills
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to work both independently and as a member of a larger team in a remote setting
+ Ability to meet deadlines and show attention to detail
+ Proficiency with spreadsheets and report writing
**Other Job Specific Skills**
+ Experience in customer support with strong conflict resolution skills
+ Knowledge of risk identification and risk management
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a proficiency in MS Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Ability to work across multiple disciplines
+ A high level of initiative with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
+ Must be a team player.
+ Previous experience as a quality assurance auditor or related role
+ Experience in the telecommunications field
