**JOB SUMMARY**
Highmark is transforming the financial experience for clients and members – from building cost transparency and coverage capabilities, streamlining our billing and claims experience, to helping members afford and pay for care. This job will provide support for the development of financial experience portfolio’s fundamental value proposition, vision, and execution plans. Working with the Product Manager, this position will analyze customer pain points to determine problems to solve, gather and synthesize data, make product recommendations for improvements, and collaborate with cross functional partners in Analytics, Research & Design, and Operations to implement and measure product enhancements that support the execution of the strategic vision.
_**This is a business product development role, not a software/IT pro_ _duct role._
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Support the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and competitive position, and aid in the development of a holistic product vision and corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
+ Actively anticipate future needs and utilizes metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
+ Understand and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executive levels.
+ Identify and drive both cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
+ Support the product backlog and use input from internal and partner teams to frequently refresh and re-prioritize the backlog.
+ Other duties as assigned or requested.

**Pay Range Minimum:**
$67,500.00
**Pay Range Maximum:**
$126,000.00
_Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets._
