IOP Phlebotomist III – Outpatient Opportunities Across the Valley

Your Role
In this role, you’ll be the face of our outpatient lab services, ensuring high-quality specimen collection and a positive patient experience. You’ll be responsible for:
+ Performing venipunctures using both straight and butterfly needles
+ Preparing, labeling, and processing specimens for transport
+ Communicating clearly with patients about procedures
+ Accurately entering patient and test data into the system
+ Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety and compliance standards
+ Supporting daily operations and collaborating with fellow phlebotomists
What You Bring
+ Valid phlebotomy certification (per state requirements)
+ 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical or high-volume lab setting
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office and lab information systems
+ High school diploma or equivalent

Work Setting
You’ll work in an IOP (Independent Outpatient Phlebotomy) environment, where your day will include drawing blood from patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and preparing specimens for courier pickup. Each location has its own schedule, offering flexibility and variety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
