**CTG is seeking to fill a Program Management II- E2E TPM opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.**
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Duration:** Ongoing Contract
**Duties:**
+ Lead and manage a large-scale, end-to-end modernization program within the GSG Corp Tech Finance portfolio
+ Coordinate with Engineering and Product leaders across impacted platforms to align modernization initiatives and dependencies
+ Own and regularly update program roadmaps to reflect progress, changes, and strategic priorities
+ Prepare and deliver biweekly and monthly executive leadership updates, including Business Unit Reviews (BUR)
+ Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards to provide transparent visibility into program health and performance
+ Understand and articulate technical aspects of modernization sub-initiatives, ensuring interdependencies, risks, and issues are identified and managed effectively
+ Maintain and manage project artifacts including detailed plans, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and coordinate ART Syncs for modernization efforts
**Skills:**
+ Strong program management skills with the ability to drive complex programs end-to-end across multiple stakeholders
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership and translate technical content for non-technical stakeholders
+ Proficient in creating and managing executive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining roadmaps, RAID logs, and project documentation
+ Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive results across a matrixed environment
**Experience:**
+ Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-platform modernization programs
+ Demonstrated ability to lead E2E program planning and execution with multiple engineering and product teams
+ Experience in driving executive-level communications and producing detailed reporting artifacts
+ Familiarity with ART (Agile Release Train) syncs and cadence-based coordination without serving as a Scrum Master
+ Prior work within the Finance, Regulatory, or Compliance domains is strongly preferred
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
