**Description**

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Flat Welders** for projects located in **Tipton, IA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$24-27/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

**Job Scope:**

+ MIG welding using metal cored wire

+ Cutting material using acetylene and/or plasma torch

+ Drill, grind and fit parts per blueprints

+ Forklift operation

+ Moving materials

**Requirements**

+ Must be dependable and show up daily

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in structural steel welding from blueprints

+ D1.1 certification preferred

+ Must pass a vertical and overhead tack test on 1/2” plate

+ Must pass a 2G weld test on 1” plate and be certified within the first week
