As an **Inside Sales Representative II** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will report directly to our Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Pittsford, NY location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company significantly. You will drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's financial success. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers and meet sales targets will position Honeywell as a trusted partner and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.

+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
