**POSITION SUMMARY**

In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, financials, and project engineering within the design-build construction process. As a Project Engineer you will be working on a project site. We currently have projects in Chandler, Goodyear, and the Northern Phoenix Valley.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management.

+ Manages change orders. Ensure they are completed accurately and tracked as required.

+ Procures equipment and materials and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.

+ Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed.

**What you’ll need to be successful:**

+ Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience

+ Entry level position

+ Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports

+ Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing drawings

+ Basic verbal and written communications skills

+ Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel

**POSITION SUMMARY**

Our internship program is designed to introduce students to a career in the Design/Build HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection industry. Primary responsibility is to assist a design manager or project manager to successfully coordinate a project using the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and subcontracted services. This position requires the development of skills in design, estimating and scheduling to better understand the coordination of the design-build construction process.

Job Purpose

The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Cleanpart US processes to ISO documented procedures. + Support equipment installation, qualification, and facility design

+ Develop Design of Experiments (DOE), conduct experiments, developing conclusions and formulating recommendations from DOE’s results to Cleanpart US management

+ Take leadership in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Cleanpart US Statistical Process Controls (SPC)

+ Perform Failure Analysis (FA) investigations related to Customer Claims and equipment performance, as well as internal Cleanpart process or equipment deficiencies, through the analysis of internal and external data source methods

+ Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, must have general knowledge and basic usage understanding of Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and SPC software programs

+ Demonstrated experience following instructions in written, oral and diagram form

The typical pay range for this role is:

**Summary**

The Senior Project Engineer supports field activities and spends a majority of time working with the Project Manager supporting project administration on multiple small projects, or one medium to large-sized project. About the team

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

Join our dynamic national substation team as a Sr. Project Engineer where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the physical engineering of our nation's power grid. Collaborate with a technical team to design and implement innovative solutions for substation projects. This can be a remote position with travel required.

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Lead complex substation projects, collaborating with internal multidiscipline teams, from full scope estimating and proposals, through detailed design and equipment procurement, to project construction bidding, to commissioning and construction support for energization.

+ Review and produce physical design drawings, including General Arrangement, Elevations and equipment connection Details, Grounding Plan and Details, Conduit Plan and Details, Control Building Layout and Details, Foundation Plan and Details, and developing material lists.

+ Review and perform studies and calculations to properly design substations, including grounding calculations, lightning protection calculations, battery bank sizing calculations, conduit fill calculations, and substation sizing calculations, as well as perform AC & DC substation studies.

+ Perform detailed quality reviews (QA/QC) in accordance with established quality procedures and provide PE stamping for projects as required on projects and assist in the development of additional Professional Engineers within the team.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent

+ Professional Engineer licensure and ability to obtain reciprocity in multiple states

+ 6-10+ years of physical substation engineering experience related to electrical power substation design for Coops, Municipalities, and/or IOUs.

+ Experience with CDEGS ground grid design software and AutoCAD are preferred.

+ Knowledge of standard building codes including applicable IEEE codes and guides, RUS substation design guide and NESC.

+ Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% when needed within the continental U.S.

Position Summary

The Project Engineer will report to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for the design, testing and documentation of new products as well as supporting manufacturing. This role will collaborate with sales, business development and the customer to provide a solution to the customers' design problems.

Responsibilities

+ Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical component and system design, including new product development and support of sustaining production of existing designs.

+ Accountability for development and test of new design configurations, independently leading component detail design including layout and modeling by designers and drafters, tolerance stack-ups and drawing approvals, and detailed analysis such as stress/FEA/fatigue.

+ Interface with internal and external customers & suppliers to clarify design intent and technical requirements, planning and defining program workload, leading design teams.
