The Product Design and Packaging (PDP) Team at Raytheon is seeking a Product Development Engineer with experience in printed circuit board/circuit card assembly, manufacturing and the integrated assembly of electronic components into a subsystem to join our team.

This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ

Responsibilities include supporting the Electrical Products Team design community as the affordability, manufacturability, and producibility expert for all programs. Tasks include involvement in digital, analog, and RF design projects from initial bill-of-material selection through Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), and subsystem assembly including resolution on all technical and supplier related issues. Throughout the product lifecycle the Product Development Engineer (PDE) follows our Integrated Product Development System to create an affordable, producible, and highly reliable design that meets the program’s delivery and milestone needs.

**What You Will Do:**

+ PDEs are responsible to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for input to the design process in areas such as materials selection, construction, layout, component selection and placement, design rule interpretation and application, and current industry capabilities and practices.

+ PDEs create development schedules/plans and ensure timely participation of relevant functions (Mechanical Engineering, ECAD, Parts Engineering, Planners, and Suppliers) in the development process.

+ Periodic travel to suppliers for assessments and product readiness reviews may be required.

+ PDEs facilitate the prototype development process, support producibility within our engineering community, and participate in Gate Reviews.

+ PDEs aid with identifying and developing key PCB/CCA supplier partners.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**

+ Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or other related disciplines.

+ Typically requires a minimum of two years of experience to include at least two of the following:

+ PCB manufacturing

+ Circuit card assembly

+ Experience with and understanding of IPC and MIL specifications and design guides.

**Qualifications We Prefer:**

+ Familiar with the PCB manufacturing and tooling process and how PCB design attributes drive cost and producibility.

+ Familiar with Circuit Card Assembly process knowledge and the ability to drive the component placement, component and material selection and have a positive effect on CCA manufacturability.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

The Materials Engineering Department (NE-SW), which functions within the Mechanical Products Team, is looking for a propellant chemist with chemical analysis and non-metal materials application experience to join our team in Tucson Arizona. This fully on-site position will offer a qualified candidate the opportunity to engage our energetic suppliers in assessment of propellant properties, engage subject matter experts within Raytheon and the industry as well as conduct standard chemical laboratory analysis and perform hands-on-testing of materials including adhesives, polymers, tapes, composites, and various other production materials. The role will support all phases of product life cycle (including design, development and production) for a multitude of programs. Analyses will cover a wide range of topics from propellant chemistry, propellant processing, mechanical properties, failure analysis, material characterization, development, process improvement and obsolescence. Energetic work is expected to be approximately ¼ to ½ time supporting energetic assessments with the remaining of the time supporting material characterization in our laboratory. Tasks will require careful attention to detail, fundamental scientific and material knowledge, project management skills, chemistry laboratory skills, testing of materials, and documentation of results. Candidate must be able to manage and coordinate a wide variety of simultaneous tasks within set schedule requirements.

The Lead Director, Technology will manage the software engineering and product management teams in the organization that develops and operates the systems and processes for PBM rebates for CVS Health. **Summary**

SRP Gila River Power Station is recruiting for a Plant Chemist - Senior Scientist/Engineer Environmental. Located in Gila Bend, Arizona, the Gila River Power Station is home to four combined cycle power blocks. Each power block consists of two combustion turbines, two heat recovery steam generators and one steam turbine. All four blocks combined have a total capacity of 2,200 MW.

Including the normal duties of a Senior Scientist/Engineer Environmental, the position requires monitoring chemical Inventory, ordering bulk chemicals, quality control of all lab procedures, reviewing calibration and maintenance of bench top and continuous sample lab instruments. Supports chemical-related troubleshooting activities on power plant systems and equipment. Inspects equipment and monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges to determine load requirements and detect malfunctions. Supports and emphasizes the importance of safety and environmental programs and ensures regulatory compliance. Participates in continuous improvement planning and impementation in area of responsibility. Recognizes problems and is proactive in helping to resolve them.

Position will also require experience with process control lab analysis of all plant waters, such as closed cooling water, open circulating cooling water, and feedwater/boiler water systems. Has handled chemicals such as phosphate, polymer, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, corrosion inhibitors, and others. Maintain, review, and interpret analytical data to determine system status, recommend required chemical treatment for operational parameters. Requires understanding of plant operations relating to water treatment, such as demineralizers and reverse osmosis. Knowledge of wastewater recovery, feed water and HRSG boiler systems. Communicates technical information on the condition of plant chemical-related processes/equipment to management and other technical personnel. + Develop applications that work in and on industry or hybrid cloud environments using capabilities and frameworks from internal and external cloud providers.

+ Develops and coordinates cloud architecture over various areas, including application development, identity and access management, network and data management, and security.

+ Defines the initial DevSecOps solution and links it to the cloud platform.

+ Utilizes DevOps processes, automation, culture, and target platforms.

+ Leverages expertise in cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure, building and designing web services in the cloud, orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms, as well as frontend development of the user interface that typically run over various form factors including mobile and PC.

+ Utilizes HTML, JavaScript libraries, responsive, and/or AWS frameworks.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ US Citizenship required.

+ Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Math or in a STEM related field of study.

+ 2+ years of direct experience in building cloud solutions on Azure or AWS.

+ 1+ years of experience in architect, design, develop, and implementing cloud solutions.

+ Experience in Web Services, micro-Services development, Data Architecture or Container technologies (Kubernetes etc.)
