**The Role**

This high-impact role encompasses responsibilities across product development and management within Lumen Technologies’ Public Sector Product team. The selected individual will drive the development of new products and platforms and the management of existing product lifecycles to meet Public Sector market and customer solution requirements. This position requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can seamlessly transition between defining product vision, developing roadmaps, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring seamless go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Public Sector and Enterprise Product Management Leaders, as well as key stakeholders across Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations. The goal is to introduce profitable, innovative solutions while improving customer experience and operational efficiencies through automation and process enhancements.

**The Main Responsibilities**

**Product Strategy & Development**

+ Define, develop, and launch new platforms and services tailored for Public Sector markets.

+ Identify and assess market opportunities using customer insights and competitive analysis.

+ Partner with stakeholders to build business cases, secure funding, and drive product roadmaps.

**Product Lifecycle Management**

+ Oversee the full lifecycle of Public Sector products, from introduction to retirement.

+ Monitor and adjust product deployment schedules to maximize revenue and align with corporate strategy.

+ Define key performance metrics to assess product success and prioritize development efforts.

**Project & Agile Management**

+ Maintain a prioritized feature backlog aligned with market needs and business goals.

+ Collaborate with Agile teams on planning cycles, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

+ Work with Quality Leads to develop and execute business test cases.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**

+ Act as the link between Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment.

+ Lead cross-functional teams to bring products to market and drive adoption.

+ Communicate updates, priorities, and business impacts to senior leadership.

**Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement**

+ Enhance the end-to-end customer journey for Public Sector solutions.

**What We Look For in a Candidate**

**Education & Experience**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications or technology related field.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and/or management within telecommunications or technology sectors.

+ Experience managing software and platform-based product development initiatives.

**Business & Customer-Centric Approach**

+ Deep understanding of Public Sector market needs, government procurement processes, and compliance requirements.

**Compensation**

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

The TEM Scientist (Transmission Electron Microscopy) will be responsible for:

+ Partnering with team members to provide high quality analysis service to clients.

+ Operating TEM tools to obtain TEM/STEM images, SAED, EDS and EELS data from samples.

+ Developing TEM analysis protocols/techniques to meet clients’ requests.

+ Creating summary reports to capture the project objectives, analysis data and interpretation of the results.

+ PhD in Materials Science or related field.

+ 3yrs+ hands-on experience in TEM analysis characterizing a variety of materials.

+ Must be proficient in Mandarin - verbal and written, to support client needs

+ Expert background in electron microscopy, including TEM/STEM, SAED, 4D-STEM, EDS and EELS, etc.

The Barrow Neuro Analytics Center (BNAC) is a data science-focused research facility led by Dr. Brad Racette and co-directed by Dr. Chia-Ling Phuah, that aims to harness the power of big data to advance understanding of neurological diseases and develop new treatments. This 11,000 square foot state-of-the-art dry laboratory space is located in the Park Central Bioscience Hub adjacent to both Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) and Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix Health Sciences campus. Housed in BNAC are the Racette Laboratory and Criswell Laboratory, which together make up the Neuroepidemiology Research Program. The Neuroepidemiology Research Program focuses on 1) epidemiologic studies, that elucidate risk factors for neurodegenerative disease, with an emphasis on the environment and neurodegenerative disease; and 2) environmental and occupational risk factors in neurodegeneration, specifically neurotoxicants related to parkinsonism and cognitive impairment. We employ a variety of methods in our research, including field-based epidemiology, advanced neuroimaging, and administrative data studies across three continents.

+ Experience with at least one statistical software package such as SAS, R, Python

+ Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple competing projects and initiatives

+ Ability to create and document a research/analytical plan, complete in-depth analysis, and interpret results

+ Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to present analytical data and insights to a wide variety of audiences

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ PhD with quantitative research focus in health services research, health economics, statistics or related field

+ Proficiency in observational study methods and program evaluation techniques, such as regression modeling, propensity score methods, instrumental variables, difference-in-difference, and other quasi-experimental methods

+ Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare policy and managed care

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$94,900 - $130,500 per year
