**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $284,280.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. **Responsibilities**

+ Designs and codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools

+ Maintains and modifies existing software applications.

+ Analyzes detailed systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution.

+ Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures.

+ Participates in code reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications.

+ Writes or revises program documentation, operations documentation and user guides in accordance with standards.

+ Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

+ Acts as team member on projects.

Bachelor's with 3-5 years (or commensurate experience)

The Mainframe Systems Programmer provides support for on-going projects that require the installation, testing, and implementation of new operating systems and other ‘system’ software. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $65,000 to $123,000 annually based on a full-time schedule.
