As a Quality Technician/Vision Inspection Programmer, you will be inspecting component materials to the tolerances called for in the blueprints; and to confirm that all specifications required by the purchase order have been met. This position will have a direct impact in creating the PSEMC Chandler Visual Inspection work cell. Create vision inspection programs based on established inspection criteria.

This position requires you to pay close attention to detail and experience with a wide variety of mechanical components. **More specifically, in this role you will be required to have Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge and experience:**

+ Develop, maintain, and apply automated inspection programs for Vision Systems, ensuring compliance with GD&T principles according to ASME Y14.5.

+ Work closely with engineering and manufacturing to define inspection criteria for complex parts and support quality inspectors in understanding GD&T and inspection techniques.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Evangelist and champion of strategic practice development across the Gen AI domain.

+ Play a mentoring role in providing design and technical assistance to other members of the team.

+ Build Gen AI capability among engineers including but not limited to Knowledge Engineering/prompt engineering/platform engineering.

+ Knowledge Engineering: identifying and gathering relevant domain specific knowledge from various sources and structuring it in a structured way for LLM model to understand and utilize.

+ Prompt Engineering: Building effective instructions for Gen AI models to generate more relevant, accurate and creative text formats.

+ Optimize and Fine-tune Generative Models: Implement optimization strategies to fine-tune generative models for specific NLP use cases, ensuring high-quality outputs in summarization and text generation.

+ Evaluate and Improve Model Performance: Conduct thorough evaluations of generative models, iterate on model architectures, and implement improvements to enhance overall performance in NLP applications.

+ Platform engineering: Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems to get the platform running and available. They configure and manage the underlying infrastructure that supports the platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high availability.

+ Staying up to date on advancements: The field of generative AI is constantly evolving, so staying informed about the latest research and developments, latest releases on different models and their performances are crucial.

+ Ability to develop, suggest best practices of designing infrastructures that support fine-tuning of models to improve performance and efficiency, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during development or deployment.

+ Creating and maintaining documentation: Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of AI/ ML / LLM

+ Analyze systems and applications and provide recommendations for design, enhancement and development, and play an active part in their execution.

+ Security integration: GenAI platform engineers weave security best practices throughout the development lifecycle to safeguard the platform from vulnerabilities and data breaches.

+ Monitoring and logging: Implementation of robust monitoring and logging systems, LLM Ops best practices that allows for proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.

+ Responsible AI Guardrails: GenAI platform engineers are responsible for ensuring all Responsible AI metrics are governed through proper system infrastructure and monitoring.

+ Data privacy and governance: Ensuring user data privacy and adhering to data governance regulations are paramount considerations for GenAI platform engineers.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

+ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Minimum of 12+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a VP level role or external equivalent.

+ Additional 5+ years of experience in core technology organization or banking preferred

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems.

+ Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to effectively manage collaboration across time zones.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$190,000.00 - $250,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. **Job Description**

Client Graphics organization is seeking a validation engineer to join our FW Integration Team. This position requires experience in FW validation and triaging, as well as test infrastructure maintenance, in order to provide a high-quality, on time component integration. You'll be immediately plugged into the team with a senior team member identified to help in your ramp, and given appropriate levels of ownership over FW feature validation and triage to match and continue to grow your skills.

You will be expected to work on the tasks across all aspects of the software validation process (test planning, test execution, test triage and reporting.). You will leverage a modern development culture and processes using modern development practices.
