**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

The Concrete Production Worker is a key position at Jensen Precast. From start to finish you are responsible for the production of quality precast concrete products. Working in the production plant you will be on your feet moving quickly through the tasks of your day helping us meet customer needs.

Reporting to our production supervisor, you’ll primarily work with the production, quality control and yard teams.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

+ Performing a variety of production duties including setting up forms, installing inserts, removing excess concrete

+ Reading production drawings

+ Finishing concrete with various floats and other tools

+ Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

We are seeking an energetic individual to work in our expanding electrical department as an Electrician Technician at our Coolidge, AZ location.

POSITION SCOPE: This is a safety sensitive position consisting of working outdoor at our Fabrication facilities and with little to no travel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

+ Superior knowledge of electrical tools and equipment.

+ Responsible for electrical requirements in manufacturing new equipment, servicing customers existing equipment in the field and electrical maintenance and repair of equipment.

+ Comfortable using mechanical tools and electrical power tools.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

+ Maintain records and paper work for jobs.

+ Assist with checking accuracy and quality of all phases of fabrication and installation.

+ Able to read and understand blue prints and wiring schematics.

+ Perform physical labor tasks associated with jobs (pull and coil wire, heavy lifting, etc.).

+ Ability to solve problems or issues using standard tools and techniques.

+ Responsible for quality NEC and MSHA code requirements of electrical work performed.

+ Electrician or Apprentice with at least 3 years experience.

+ Experience with commercial 480 volt 3 phase.

+ Familiarity with National Electrical Code.

POSITION SCOPE:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for technical and administrative support to the project team in performing the project and will share areas of overall responsibilities with the Project Manager, Superintendents and Construction Administrator. The Project Engineer must be willing to travel to remote project sites; this position requires travel. We offer a competitive market-based salary and comprehensive benefits.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

+ Supervise and provide training for field crews.

+ Sets up and maintains standard project files, general correspondence, subcontractor's agreements.

+ Distributes correspondence and coordinates project payables and receivables with accounting department and maintain and other accounts.

+ Assists with project closeout.

+ Comply with procedures as outlined in the construction manual.

+ Develop and maintain positive and effective working relationship with owners, subcontractors, and crews.

+ Implement assigned duties with an exceptional level of accuracy, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.

+ Assist in managing project schedules.

+ Assist in preparation of change order requests and change orders, maintain change order documents, files, logs.

+ Equipment time tracking.

+ Acquire a thorough knowledge of the contract documents, plants, specs, subcontracts.

+ Expedite submittals and maintain status file.

+ Maintain field logs and quantity tracking for work performed.

+ Track RFI, Change order, addenda, clarification or correspondence.

+ Implement job closeout procedures as directed by Project Manager.

+ Perform technical and administration duties as directed by the PM to facilitate the project.

+ Accurate coding of costs and prepare monthly progress payment request.

+ Fully understand the scope of the subcontractors.

+ Attend and document project meetings.

+ Provide the PM with support and accurate information to maximize the project management effectiveness.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

+ Strenuous walking and required to wear protective personal protective equipment

+ Able to work in hot or cold outdoor temperatures and job site conditions

BACKGROUND:

+ A related degree is a plus, 1-2 years (or related) highway construction experience preferred.

+ Applicant must be at least 18 years old.

+ Valid driver's license and have a clean motor-vehicle record to meet company insurance guidelines.

+ Broad knowledge of construction methods.

+ Good understanding of highway construction, blue print reading, and computer skills.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

+ Perform layout and fit up from blueprints, fillet, and Fillet PJP CJP welds.

+ Utilize Dual Shield, MIG, SMAW and Sub-Arc procedures.

+ Weld preparation and clean up.

+ Cut, cope, drill and otherwise fabricate parts from blueptints.

+ General knowledge of fabrication and erection standards and procedures.

+ General knowledge of AISC standards and AWS D1.1 and D1.5 codes a plus.

+ Proven ability to read and interpret shop and design blueprint drawings.

QUALIFICATIONS :

+ Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) experience is required.

+ Ability to certify with any process in any position.

+ Ability to carbon arc.

+ Ability to read blueprints including AWS weld symbols.

+ Ability to lead a crew of fabricators.

+ Must be able to move shop equipment and material throughout shop.

POSITION SCOPE:

Our Service Mechanic is a safety sensitive position responsible for ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained while strictly adhering to all state, federal, DOT, and company policies and procedures. Internal customer service is a high priority and communication is key to ensuring our team is successful together. Travel is required for onsite repairs as necessary.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

+ Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing semi-trucks, trailers and dump trucks

+ Adhere to preventative maintenance program including inspection and oil changes

+ Follow direction and priorities provided by management

+ Oversees Lube Tech quality of work during shift

+ Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues

+ Replacing malfunctioning sub-assemblies and subcomponents: transmissions, clutches, differentials, (engine not mandatory but a plus)

+ Collaborate with team to diagnose problems and plan repairs

+ Record all maintenance information and complete all necessary paperwork

+ Ensure timekeeping records are complete per policy

+ Ensure tools, equipment, shop and yard are kept clean and organized

+ Communicate any issues to management including dispatch of "truck down"

+ Safety, Safety, Safety comply with all DOT and company policies, procedures, and standards of safety

+ Other duties as assigned

BACKGROUND:

+ 5 years of heavy-duty diesel mechanic experience strongly preferred

+ Must be at least 21 years old

+ Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement is required

+ Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate is required

+ Must be familiar with DOT regulations

+ Must have own tools

+ Must be familiar with computer diagnostics

+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required

+ Acceptable MVR in accordance with Stinger Bridge & Iron's Company Vehicle Program policy is required

The Maintenance Technician is a safety sensitive position with thorough working knowledge of industrial equipment, it's usage, and safety procedures. We are looking for an individual with a can-do attitude, responsible, self-motivated, and safety oriented. Overnight travel and weekend work may be required for onsite repairs.
